REVIEWS FROM CLIENTS
"Very patient and understanding. Intuitive to your level and adaptive" - Steve Levick -
I have worked with Remi for a number of years and he has created customized exercise plans that have significantly increased my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Due to Remi's expertise in a number of exercise techniques, he is able to successfully integrate these into his client's program for a more varied approach to fitness. I recommend him for someone at any fitness level. - Nancy Klaus -
I have been working out with Remi as a personal trainer for 3 years with a focus on functional strength and conditioning for my everyday activities. The positive changes in my endurance and 65 year old body have been remarkable. Remi is very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system, very careful to pay attention to any injuries/limitations and very wise in individualizing my personal plan. Despite being a novice exerciser, before I knew it, I was safely doing exercises and safely lifting weights that I could not have imagined possible and having fun doing it. I find I happily plan my schedule around my exercise with Remi. Our varied routine includes core work, yoga as well as resistance training. If you are lucky enough to try a session with Remi, you will be as thrilled as I am. - Bonnie Nierman -
